Welcome to Kodeus. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kodeus platform, including any content, functionality, services, or tools offered via our website (the "Platform").
By accessing or using Kodeus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
Kodeus is the Internet’s Agent Layer where users create programmable & monetizable agents that act, settle & prove autonomously. These agents may interact with smart contracts, APIs, and off-chain systems. Kodeus does not store or control user assets or keys.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the platform, you confirm that you are not subject to any sanctions or legal restrictions. Use of the platform is prohibited where it is restricted or illegal under local laws.
You agree to use Kodeus only for lawful, ethical, and non-exploitative purposes. You further agree not to:
If you create a Kodeus account or connect a wallet, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials. You must secure your access credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Agents deployed through Kodeus are autonomous but rely on third-party APIs, smart contracts, and user-defined logic. You are responsible for any output, interaction, or transaction initiated by your agents.
Agents deployed through Kodeus are represented through verifiable on-chain identity and provenance standards (including ERC-8004) but do not represent financial instruments or guarantees of functionality. Agents act based on user-defined logic, and Kodeus does not vet or verify their outputs.
Some services on Kodeus may require payment in cryptocurrency or usage of $KODE tokens. All token-based transactions are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law.
Kodeus integrates with third-party tools, APIs, and platforms (e.g., OpenSea, Snapshot, Farcaster). We are not responsible for the content, performance, or actions of third-party services.
All intellectual property rights in the Kodeus platform, including its design, software, and branding, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or unethical conduct. Termination may occur without prior notice.
Kodeus is an experimental decentralized system. The platform does not offer financial advice, investment tools, or guaranteed outcomes. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kodeus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review this page regularly.
